Compared with standard peanuts, high oleic peanuts are higher in monounsaturated fats (commonly known as good fats).

We source the peanuts for our peanut butter from Australia and Argentina.

The natural oil from the peanuts can separate and rise to the top of the peanut butter. Simply give it a stir to mix it back in. We recommend giving your peanut butter a stir occasionally to prevent this happening.

We simply grind peanuts to a smooth or crunchy consistency and add a little salt – except of course to our Crunchy No Added Salt Peanut Butter.
